Wow, what a difference a year makes! I can’t believe that today marks my first anniversary at Meridian. A lot can happen in a year, and I believe it’s important to celebrate our success.
What I’ve learned is that hard work is only part of the success equation. Remembering we need to find the fun in the everyday, while sticking to our mission of driving awareness and delighting our customers, are just a few pieces of the puzzle. Looking back over the year, my team and I are grateful for all that we have been able to accomplish as a marketing department.
Upon arrival, our first goal was to rebuild the marketing department from the foundation up. After a lot of hard work and late nights, I think we’re almost there. Over the past year we’ve updated the Meridian brand, built a new website and developed thought provoking content designed to help people understand how learning technology can eliminate the hassle of managing your learning, development and training programs. Now that I’ve exposed all the marketing operations magic that you don’t see behind the scene, we hope that you can feel that we’re a little different than a year ago.
So thank you for joining Meridian on this journey, and we hope you’ll continue with us on this adventure. I’d like to take a stroll down memory lane and highlight some of our accomplishments in the past 365 days.
