The Meridian Customer Care Center supports your Tier 2 through 4 support tickets. Your identified system administrators handle the Tier 1 requests. If additional technical support is needed, Meridian has an Advanced Support Team (AST) that can help resolve issues. 

Meridian’s Customer Care Center is staffed by our dedicated Customer Care Representatives and Advanced Support Team, who actively monitor and manage support tickets submitted by client administrators. Our team is committed to resolving reported defects through timely product hotfixes. Additionally, requests for new functionality or improvements may be evaluated and considered as product enhancements for inclusion in future releases.
